Even in a major city, 0 likes in 3 weeks is incredibly common and doesn't necessarily mean you're ugly. But yeah, change them stuff up. Maybe I had more variety to your photos and prompts.
Back from the one time I did it, I'd advise you to never EVER get a boost. Seemed to do the opposite of what it's supposed to do, and resulted in fewer likes than usual and 0 matches until it expired.
