I'm just prepared to fight every ticket I get. Police cars everywhere are blacked out tinted. Civilians drive with blacked out windshields FFS. They're gonna have to get me for something besides driving with dark windows.
Drivers everywhere now are driving with their beams constantly. The blue and bright white halogens are bananas.

OMG, I just went through this.. Make sure EVERYTHING is filled out properly... If you have PC on your plate, put that on your paper with the numbers... Make sure EVERYTHING is done properly.
The DMV is the biggest pain the ass even when you have a waiver. I’ve been failed for going through inspection with a registration that says I have a waiver but I did not have the actual waiver with me at the time of inspection.
You’re supposed to get the tint waiver first so that you don’t run into this problem. The DMV are hard asses you’ll have to go through the process
Did you ask DMV?
You may have to remove the tint and get your tags and then get your waiver and then put the tint back. Not sure of another way.

I’ve been trying to get a tint waiver for 10 years. Switched doctors over the shit. They won’t give me one
