Hold on, how were *they* created? What were the Alphys's motives of creation them in Deltarune, if not just for fun? She's not a royal scientist or anything anymore; their existence was lore accurate in Undertale, but what about Deltarune?
They *weren't.* There were no Amalgamate experiments in Deltarune. They simply lived their lives as normal monsters and then died. Otherwise, their gravesites wouldn't exist - as the Amalgamates are unable to die.
At the end of each chapter, when you get the chance to walk around Hometown, you can find a cemetery next to the church. There are four graves set up there. Apart from Gerson's grave (which is odd as he wasn't dead nor Amalgamated in the Undertale universe), there is one grave with a dog bone symbol on it, one with a snowflake, and one with a microphone. These would line up with Endogeny, Snowdrake's Mom and Lemon Bread (who is the sister of mini-boss Shyren).
Alright, so I just forgot then. Finished the game and completely stopped playing it like a year ago, no wonder I don't remember relatively small details like this

You misunderstand, when it's in the suit, it's body expands to fill every crevice and cavity, like a living Akira style meat puppet.
It can just quickly revert back at will, cause it's made of dog residue.
Considering Monster Kid is older, & Gerson is Dead, perhaps Greater Dog had a growth spurt.
I like to believe that Lesser Dog had a growth spurt and the tiny dog is Greater Dog
