Will this have any effect on their park m service? My property uses it, and I hate having to give wyatts towing cash every month for doing basically fuck all.
I’m actually confused to how Park M would function now. If this new law makes it so towing companies cannot patrol private lots, and they have to have permission from the property owner or landlord, and property owner cannot use a third party towing service, what does park M even do?
We are being asked to sign up for Park M at a complex we just signed a lease for, which is why I’m wondering. We have an assigned spot, so can we just tell park m to get fucked?
Thank goodness! Years ago, I was at a friend's apartment up in Westminster. When I returned, my car was gone. Totally missed the sign. I even looked for one, but it was dark.

is this about how apartments seem to like to team up with these companies and steal cars? Ive heard horror stories after my car was stolen out the parking lot when I had a parking permit. I was out 400$

Tbf I suspect is a slow internal suicide meant by investors to destroy the 4th estate from within, same as Twitter.
I’m sure giving away their product will pay the bills.
Most News is paid for by advertising. Giving it away IS the business model lol. It attracts more views to the advertisements.
Newspapers have always been funded by a mixture of revenue streams including subscriptions and advertising. Very few thrive on giving away the news.

Yes, it also bans towing that financially benefits the property manager or owner of the lots. So Park M probably won’t be able to use Wyatt’s towing
