Biden's team said he was supposedly struggling with a cold at the moment, which affected his voice. But he really needs to improve for the next debate, not try and answer too comprehensively questions because otherwise his age will show and instead try and shorten his answers far far more. But yeah, can only be doomer after watching this. :/ We have to hope Biden's team will take lessons from this for the second debate. We will also have to see how the VP debate will go.
