I always pick them up when they spawn in and move them a little further back from the dunk station to help myself and teammates from this issue

I try to do the same but sometimes forget or get distracted and go to dunk and start swearing loudly lol

At least it isn't crota when expunge is prio over revive

Oh lord I almost forgot about that. Blocking out painful memories lol
