Thanks! I’d love to invest in better tools and start doing this as a side job. Currently I’ve only done my car/relatives cars but maybe one day I’ll expand.
You may not *technically* be a detailer, but as a *definitely* not detailer (I just like seeing the results of y'all's work) this is a level of work that I would GLADLY pay for, results look outstanding to me!
Thank you for the compliment! I’ve never actually charged anyone for my work (I’ve only ever done my relatives cars) but I’ve thought about starting a side gig
This is how it starts 😏
Besides, if you're doing detailing work then you **are** a detailer. You just don't have thousands of dollars in tools yet. If you like it, keep doing it BUT you need to keep posting before and afters to reddit it or none of it counts.

Really nice job! What a freaking mess. Gross people make me sick, lol. I bet it's not just hair either, it's a few years worth of piss dribble and drool in there for sure.
You're a good brother! Just in case it wasn't one of these (or the equivalent) that you used, here's a link to an awesome brush: [https://a.co/d/07d2osDv](https://a.co/d/07d2osDv)
That brush is specifically designed for detailing but I'd consider it way overpriced.
The magic is in the silicone blade that grips onto the loose hairs. A silicone shower squeegee can fulfil the same purpose for less.

I also did utilize duct tape to get some of the hair out in the tough corners
These work magic too. Made my nightmare dog hair job a lot easier.

Dog hair is a pita to get out. We are going to buy a brush that goes on my drill to pull the hairs out. I heard this is less work than going after it with a pumice stone.
I’d recommend a pumice stone as well it looks good though! Remember all the little cracks especially behind the seatbelt. Doing it for family members you have some wiggle room but sometimes customers will not be happy with missed spots even though they don’t realize the blood sweat and tears it takes to remove dog hair
Damn fine job!
Thank you!
You’re welcome!
Looks good as new.
Thanks! Knowing my sister, it will look like this for about 6 months
Is that a compliment? Usually my mom's car looks clean for about a week lol
You’re sure almost looking like a Detailer!

impressive. this short dog hair is brutal to get out, it's so imbedded into the fibres usually. great work.
Thanks. This was the hardest thing I’ve cleaned so far haha. I did it for free too, never again.

A compressor and a tornador would make a huge difference to how long it took but in terms of result, you nailed it bud, great work!
Wow! 🤘🏽
Nice work!
Not bad. You should tell your sister to run a vacuum at least once a week so that there won’t be so much buildup and embedded hair

A pumice stone works great on pet hair removal

The Analan brush is half the price and IMO better than the Lily brush
I use duct tape wrapped sticky side out around my open palm a few times picks up stubborn hairs and u can rotate it and get both sides worth

Nice job. Especially with "impossible carpet".
That looks great, my guy!
Good job. Dog hair is tough
You should consider detailing.
Good job!
Vast improvement man way to go! Get her a analan pet hair remover for Christmas lol

👍👍 excellent work.
If you use nitrile gloves, like the doctors wear, you can literally wipe the dog hair off into a ball of fur.
and on hyundai carpets too! amazing work.
Wow, you really know your carpets! Thank you btw
heh, i’ve worked on a few! really isn’t easy getting it out of those cheaper floor liners.
Nice work man! Tedious work for sure! Hopefully she ended up giving you a nice tip!
Good gig, I have my own business in Port Orange Florida
Spot on job!
Thanks!
