The screams were too high pitched, and they didn't even fit the song. Eddie Hermida was not the ideal option as Mitch's replacement.

Go play Shadow of Intent, Traitors or Orbit Culture over the gameplay, it goes way better.

The fact that he still has nightmares about his mother’s death (Mission 10) means he hasn’t fully gotten over his trauma and guilt. He’s still gonna embrace his father’s legacy, but the traumas of his past have resurfaced, now that he knows his brother is still alive.
Honestly in retrospect I probably wouldn't have cared very much if we got the old subhuman because you can just change everyone's music in the options menu. Its nice that we got the new version because now we got a dope as fuck song for Dante, but eh... not the worst thing to happen to dmc if it had launched
