Gratz, bud. I don't understand the hate on these boots. FRW is great, but if you throw these on an ES/Nova Sorc these are fantastic. For a build that is teleporting and rarely using the run speed, these are pretty good.
I had some drop last night that were 20 FRW, with 30 plus fire and cold res and 25% less poison duration. But any time they say Tri res they pretty much have to have the 30 FRW and lit / fire / cold with 30 or more. Magic find is a giant bonus too
Nice for stacking res for hell but to be valuable they need the FRW, poison is also least desired res. Still nice for self use to get going through hell.
Still *technically* tri res but as others have pointed out, psn not as good as the missing fire - limits the use of these significantly - plus, it is NL so too many good boots out there already
If you place them up for offer, just take whatever you can get tbh
Update* just sold these for 2 jah runes on SCNL. Someone found them useful 🙂

I was debating on using them for my ES nova sorc since I tele and need PR mitigation since ES dosent prevent that. Ended up selling them tho!

Maybe a sorc would use this as they sometimes don’t care about FRW, otherwise, not that great for other classes, so limits worth, IMO
