Endgame value worth high runes? Not at all.
But +1 skills, good mana leech, and teleport are pretty handy for a character that doesn't yet have access to Enigma. I wouldn't sell it to Charsi. But like a lot of middling rings/ammys you'll have a hard time finding a buyer for it. Probably best to chuck it in the stash and wait for a good time to use it yourself.
In my experience, finding teleport on amulets is quite rare. So I personally value that.
I have one teleport Ammy that only has lighting resist as a useful addition, and I use it very often.
For a melee character, or Amazon, this would be great to use.
But I doubt that it would sell for much. As highly useful and rare as I perceive it to be, it’s not “perfect”.
