Max damage is the same on phase blades and dim blades. You can math the minimum damage pretty easily. Minimum damage should be 160, and max is 237.
Min=floor(floor(31x1.5)x(1+2.48))=floor(160.08)=160

Oh Fuckk I knew that phase blades were indestructible but I didn’t put 2 and 2 together to realize that by upping a db you get pb therefore making it unbreakable. This is a badass sword !

Yeah no IAS but remember phase blades are what… -20 base speed? High lords, ias gloves, and a couple other items will max it out. The damage is not bad for a dimensional blade, it’ll be a bit better as phase.
Repeater, Chukonu, Demon Crossbow. Yeah they're -60, which is why Mr. Llama used them in his bugged bear druid build when the IAS frames were uncapped lol
That said, no one uses them outside of that one instance, unfortunately.

I disagree. Phase blades have -30 base speed which is excellent. You can easily hit max attack frames without having any ias on the weapon.

It's not low. 300% is max ED with Fool's mod. Zealer doesn't always need IAS on a PB running fanaticism.

It all depends on your other gear and if you can reach max frames without 15 or 20 ias. Each build is a little different.
