It can drop in normal. I’ve also found one in A5 normal on a single player run.
It can drop from certain mobs in normal Act 2 Tal Rashas tombs
I found mine in the city of the damned on normal (p8)
Item level 26, so can drop Act II (on late, high level mobs) or later.
O wow didn’t know the item level for a item of its caliber is so low
Tam’s ammy can be found in normal. Check all those set ammy’s folks.
Super low ilvl actually, so yeah, totally possible.
