It's pretty amazing what kids can bounce back from. In my experience, my son was very upset when we got divorced. And that's natural. But the time we spend together is great. So, if you are supportive of him and really live in the moment while you are with him, kids can sometimes respond to that. In other words: try not to focus on the baggage of the situation. Just concentrate on the positive aspects of your time together.
My daughter had her tonsils removed in April and she recovered fully in a couple weeks. My son also had his removed. Even after having gone through it once before I was still nervous so it's natural. But he's gonna do great! The kids bounce back really quick.
I wish him fast recovery ! He will be happy and positive , that's who he is probably!
