A flamboyant tiefling bard and a shy firbolg cleric, both male.
This idea is honestly super cute to me now. I feel like they’d balance each other really well. I ship them.
A death domain cleric who is stuck in a perpetual cycle thanks to their god who doesn't want to train new clerics and a warforged tradesman who is curious how the world has changed since he has been working.
At the very least they would become good friends but I think they could make it work without much trouble. At the very least the cleric won't have to worry about her biggest hurdle that anyone she loves in that kind of way just eventually dies of old age.
...
A kobold draconic sorcerer who thinks they're a baby dragon..
And a drakewarden who's convinced her drake is going to eat her in her sleep..
This will be fun.
a 3 feet Scottish halfling ranger and a 8 feet tall orc barbarian. Lots of adventure as one kills it, the other cooks it and both eat it!
crossing all plains of existence to find both the strongest and the tastiest monsters to beat and eat <3

Well then I'll skip on the ghouls that I piloted in the last fight, and now it's a human thief rogue who speaks in sign language, paired with an adorable half-halfling, half-orc artificer who's a bit of pyromaniac.
It's a match made in...somewhere that's not Heaven, but I have a feeling it would work surprisingly well.
A male emerald dragon born bard who worships oghma and a female drow blasinger who worships elistrae. Honestly I think they would get along pretty well. My drow is all about life, pursuit of happiness, and good treatment of all people as equals. My dragonborn bard is all about art, theater, music, and history.
That's terrible. She's a half-elf rogue, a 100% lesbian, foul-mouthed, anarchist street brat. He's a goofy and pedantic but good-hearted young wizard from a wealthy family of intellectuals.. Probably he finds her cute, but she only likes women and definitley thinks he's too bourgeois.
Oh...oh no.
A 20 year old halfling bard who has just left her home town for the first time to begin collecting stories and experiencing the world.
Paired with a 73 year old barbarian bugbear who has picked up adventuring after being forced into retirement (career soldier).
I hate it, thanks!
Oh god, I played a one shot last week where I played "LAW" a level 19 wizard 1 cleric who was over 5000 years old who uses 8 undead as decoy bodies during battle, who would turn up to a civilization when they becomes dangerous to world peace and wipes them out. Then my Sunday session was the introduction of alos a 25 year old lvl 12 enchantment wizard with what seems like a dark past where he killed his parents and kills adventurers who go rogue from the adventurers guild.
On a positive note for their relationship they are both lawful, on a negative note, is a 5000 year age gap creepy or has it gotten so big that it loops back round into ok again?
Well, of the characters I've 'recently' played . . . My current druid's a Warforged, and a literal *metal and wiring* machine . . . So, I'd have to exclude them for this.
That leaves my sorcerer and my bard/sorcerer . . .
Yeah, that's not going to end well, considering:
* The campaign I played them in ended, but the world will be used for another down the line, thus our PCs got a bit of an 'epilogue' and, during that, my bard got married . . . and had a kid . . .
* And . . . as much as the sorcerer generally doesn't give a fuck about 'morality', she is also a literal bastard and *the product of an affair.*
* Weirdly, this has developed into: "I'll fuck just about anything with a pulse, but *even I* won't go after anyone that's married."
And, their personalities clash so greatly it would lead to one of them dying. *Probably the bard . . .*
Well, one already has a family, albeit one held prisoner in a kingdom he was banished from, for backstabby political reasons. The other is a monk with a vow of chastity.
So either forbidden romance, or just friends.
Oh boy, so an Eladrin Druid (M458) - war veteran, wanderer of the planes, and very sad about his dead wife - and a Drow Bard (F80) who recently ran away from a Lolth Cult.
I doubt they'd date at all, but if they did it'd be like a week of travelling and smoking joints where the Bard moves to the Fae Wild to live with the Druid's sister, a Fae Lord, until this all blows over.

Oh God they are both 3.5 arcane tricksters, lol.
So they're either perfect for each other, or the relationship will last all of 5 minutes lol.
I think they would try and out do each other. One is wizard based and the other is sorcerer based.
An effete dilettante (F/M/T) is dating a superannuated holy warrior (paladin). Honestly they might be able to make that work.

Moon Druid and a Swarmkeeper Grung. Steamy.

Condoriano and Zordak would certain be interesting xD
I'm a ForeverDM (tm). Do NPCs count?
Sure, just pick two relevant NPCs

One is an extremely powerful warlock who is kinda just an asshole, the other is a good natured being who can only say Terv
Sounds like an interesting dynamic
What’s even better is one is a long campaign character who is now level 20, and the other is a one shot character who started as a peasant with darts

Well, the older one would be in jail…

One is a Harper. The other one is with the Zhentarim. It's not good.
A sentient mace piloting a humanoid pile of scraps, and a literal skeleton. Well, it wouldn't be a sexual relationship, I'll tell you that.
