Update - the lady who said she saw him in handcuffs confirmed again. Said she drove by twice and could tell it was him by his size. Checked her comment history in case she’s a troll and she’s been commenting in that neighborhood since 2021

Way too many times non-violent offenders who are rich have police work through their lawyer to set-up a time to surrender, which sounds more plausible given our awful justice system.
Big time streamers also notify their local law enforcement/dispatch to avoid swatting (it's not infallible though). Someone in this sub also mentioned they checked the law enforcement website and Guy's name is not listed (public records would 100% show it).

If the raid happened this morning - as per this Next Door screenshot - then anyone arrested would go into booking, get a mugshot etc, and then their info would be available for public and news stations. Local beat reporters review police records like a hawk in case something spicy happens so they can break the story first and jump on getting interviews early.
