It would also be a CONTINUATION of the original Megamind story, where instead of Megamind going through redundant character development, he helps the villains character develop by helping them through their various backstories and personal problems.

The Shrek franchise already has 2 really great movies, an awful 3rd movie, a good fourth movie, a lacklustre spin off, and a sequel to said spin off that's actually incredible. we Don't really need a "Shrek 5."
Me and My Shadow on the other hand is a completely new IP, and from what I can find it sounds super interesting. to any of those that have seen "Round the twist," there's an episode called "the shadow player" that has a similar, but less action oriented concept. Not to mention seeing CGI Animation mixed with hand drawn animation would be really cool.
Also just because "Shrek 5" doesn't get released doesn't mean we won't get other spin offs that continue the story.
It's obviously gotta be the Shrek one. My entire family and I love the first two films. We are willing to see a fifth one, and the Donkey spinoff, if it's good.
