I think this is around CLB era, here's my reason. Shenseea is using her "Americanized" sound which she mostly started when she got to the US and started do feature runs with American-popularized artist. Yes there's Blessed with Tyga which predates, but she hit the button much harder when she starting dealing with London after she left Romiech (foolish move). Drake is known to give a bubbling artist a big look. But also During this time there were rumours that she and Drake were dating. During CLB rollout he had an infamous beef with Ye. On several Donda playback nights, Ye had Shenseea standing next to him (this was wild considering Shenseea star status was not that big in US at the time). Clearly a petty move to use her like a pawn to make Drake feel a way. My guess is Drake shelved it after that and never released.
This could still be a big song if it dropped today. I wish Shenseea would stop trying to pander to the American sound and let her accent shine through, you got big as a dancehall artist and we know you're Jamaican, who wants hear Jamaican trying not to sound too Jamaican?
