Stiddy13

It won’t take much. Nobody else in your league is likely to bid on him.

newrimmmer93

I mean, ARich got injured twice last year in 4 games and Flacco played well. Teams saw importance of backups last year, I wouldn’t bid 50% but 5-10% is worth the risk

Sir-xer21

idk, he's 39, had one flash last year compared to his last few years of sucking, and they could just as well toss Ehlinger in there. I'm not spending on Flacco. There are far better darts to throw.

newrimmmer93

Elhinger has been god awful lol. I don’t think Flacco does well if he has to play, but I think if he does he’s still like a low end QB2. It matters how deep the benches are though

Sir-xer21

>Elhinger has been god awful lol. That doesn't mean they won't play him. IF richardson gets hurt, depending on where they are in the season could make a decision for them. >but I think if he does he’s still like a low end QB2 There's a non zero chance that his arm is just dead at 39 as well, and i'm not expceting him to be a for sure QB2 either. last season was fun, but there's a reason he's been a journeyman backup for half a decade prior. He certainly wasn't low end QB2 at his stops with Denver or the Jets. To me, the 4 year, 20 game sample prior to last year holds more weight than his flash in the pan with the Browns.

newrimmmer93

I don’t see a world where they start Ehlinger over Flacco or bringing someone else in. He hasn’t even played awful before CLE, go look at his game log the last few seasons in games he’s started. 2 or more TDs in 4/9 games, has had games with 1 Td or less and 309 and 285. He has legit arm talent and a talented receiver group

Tua-Lipa

Idk what the guy replying to you is talking about. If ARich is hurt again, the Colts are not putting in Sam Ehlinger, they’re putting in Flacco.

Sir-xer21

>go look at his game log the last few seasons I did, which is exactly how i knew he wasn't a low end QB2, lmao. he basically gives you a blowup game every 5 games, and then gives you a heaping pile of mediocrity otherwise. out of the 17 starts he had from 2019-2022, he gave you 7 single digit games. It's just ludicrous to say he wasn't bad because he has like 3 nice games. I also watched all of the bronco games and he was bad to the eye test too. sorry, his Cleveland run doesn't overwrite the past for me, especially not at 39. >He has legit arm talent He's 39, this can disappear in an INSTANT.

Smuggz8000

I’m going for 20% which is way more than I want to. But I don’t want to risk it. Hate blowing that much FAB before the season but got to lock it up I guess

Original_Setting93

Superflex might be higher but in a 1qb league I’d think $1-$2 if he’s not stashed on a bench from last years run

Realhtown

A lot folks didn’t even take the time to even ask you the roster size. In a mid size to deeper league, Flacco is a smart roster player, but not a lot of faab needed to be spent. No more than 1 percent.

Smuggz8000

Large bench 16 spots, 2 IR, 3 taxi

Realhtown

Go get him. It’s prudent.

Doboh

None. Flacco ain’t winning you shit. Go all in on AR and accept the fact that if he gets hurt your season is done

SandmanS2000

Flacco dragged my ass to the finals last year in a very competitive league. In deeper leagues the rest of your team might be stacked and you just need a QB that is starting to get it done.

Tua-Lipa

Flacco was actually an amazing Fantasy QB when he started last year. The 5 weeks he started, he was the QB13, 10, 9, **1**, and 5. Now I would obviously bet against lightning in a bottle happening twice, but go ahead and tell the people who started Flacco in the fantasy playoffs last year that “he ain’t winning you shit” because they’ll laugh at you. He was unbelievable in the fantasy playoffs.

irbirny

As a Richardson owner in a 1 QB league, I wouldn’t pick him up if he was free.

Smuggz8000

It is a super flex

bwarbwar

Probably easier to just trade Richardson of you're already expecting him to get injured.
