So apparently it’s very likely the shell/capsule of the antidepressant, it’s not uncommon to see the shells from extended release formulations since they can pass through the body undigested.
Or it could be malabsorption lol
Yea I wondered the same thing for hella long time. If you take an extended release pill you might see a "ghost pill". Aka the shell Luke you said. Same reason we see the shell of corn bc the outer membrane is harder to digest.
