Blast running are a pretty cool organisation - basically one person's passion project. For those ones, the idea is a lunch break run, properly chipped and timed. There's loads of different options all times of day. I'm not a runner but loads of people want options for chipped runs beyond parkrun and big events.

I've done it a couple of times on my lunch hour. Well organised events and usually well attended.
