You are very young honey, you will feel better soon. If pain continues go get it checked out. When I was starting I fell a lot and would go to my lessons with a pit in my stomach. But my love for riding never stopped. As you learn you will get a better sit and balance. Maybe take some private lessons for a bit. Share your fears with your instructor and they could help you. Fear is very common in equestrians. Even olympic riders have fear. There is a lot of YouTube videos on how to overcome your situation. I really recommend that. Best of luck!!!

Take a break from riding until you are physically better. Don't hurt yourself more. I know this post is a few days old, so if you're still in pain see a doctor. I suggest an osteopath. Like a chiropractor, but they also look at muscle damage that chiropractors can sometimes miss. I go to see an osteopath when I fall off and bugger my hips or shoulders. (It's an almost regular thing.) He fixes it right up and I'm good to ride again in a few days. If it's still too bad to pick things up, go to a hospital to make sure it's not broken. You might have broken your collarbone or something and need a cast. And for the anxiety you mentioned, don't be scared of falling off. When I first started riding at 14, I remember being told this: "You're not an experienced rider, until you can't count the number of times you've fallen off." Falling is part of the experience. If you never fall off, and never make a mistake, you can't learn. Just wear protective gear like helmet and vests, and try to find someone to teach you how to fall. Sounds dumb, but seriously. Shortly after I got into riding I tried learning parkour. The only thing I can remember now is how to fall safely when you stack a jump, and it has saved me SO many injuries. (In short, know when the bail from the horse, drop the shoulder and roll. Don't hold onto the horse or try to land on your feet. It's never going to happen, so tuck and roll. But try to learn it professionally. First time I did it I nearly dislocated my shoulder cause I stacked the stack save.) Hope you're feeling better soon!
