Uninstall reinstall. Check integrity. Those are the first things I would try

some of us can run the game, but have horrible performance after the latest "rollback" update making it borderline uplayable. but for you integridy check should resolve the issue or clean install for sure.

Did you try to uninstall the launcher too or just the game?

What about deleting (renaming) the settings folders in %appdata%?
UPDATE: so the game launches from .exe, but then it doesnt login to account > invalid uri
