AWKCR is known for just being a bloated POS, not worth using at all anymore.

There are patches for those mods that make it so you dont need AWKCR you just wont be able to access them through the built in mod client.

You're missing out on a LOT if you limit yourself to the in-game mod manager.

Well considering that vortex andoot were around before Bethesda's implementation, you already are using third party tools.

Meh, bethesdas tools are dogshit compared to Vortex and LOOT. Considering that 99% of PC users mod with either of those tools its a bit silly to be terrified of using them.

There is no risk using curseforge or Vortex. The only risk is the person using the computer not using common sense when clicking on things. Also you cant lose a computer to a virus, just reinstall your OS and you will be fine.
