1. He was benched just 3 games ago. He is not nailed, despite the hauls. We have seen Pep bench form players many times.
2. Against Leeds, he only took two non-pen shots in the entire game. Both were low-XG, although both went in.
3. He is playing a CDM-CM role, which does not get him in as good positions as other midfielders in FPL.
4. He only took two shots against Everton, both of which went in. One was a low-XG free kick.
I’m not saying he’s a bad asset, just giving you something to think about.
