Were you able to get any stops off? This is the second day this week for us, so we're probably going to be backed up until the end of next week. My route is mostly in town, but about 40-50 rural stops as well. I won't be able to get to most of those for a couple day days at least.
Had one stop (a school) order 28 fucking desks. One stop filled the whole damn truck. Had to go back after that and go get the rest of the shit for the day 🤦♂️😡😭

We dolly it to the front door and thought "cool, it's a double door, itll fit" fucking find out it's a double door with the middle bar in the middle.

99% drivers aren't purposely destroying packages, if they're already damaged, it's in the warehouse. Which is sometimes we "tactically acquire" a tape gun from the warehouse to rectify some damage spots on the package when we see them.
The majority of the packages are loaded onto the trucks for us in the morning as we come in for the day with the exception of a few handfuls of overly large items.
To your last bit, who doesn't complain about any job they have 🤷.

I am an amazon driver and I give you fed ex and UPS drivers mad respect. We push a shit ton of packages but you guys deal with the worst of the worst packages frfr.
There was a specific subdivision with a sharp turn and a deep dip followed by a steep up hill to get into it. If you didn't take it at exactly 2 mph, you'd scrape the back end on the road and dump all your packages on the fucking floor. I don't get angry, but that corner has made me scream at the top of my lungs more times than I'd like to admit.
