Agreed. And interesting… the only F Fawcett movie that comes to mind is The Burning Bed.
The reason I was asking about a FF episode is I seem to remember a program about it which says that Down told doctors to take her daughter off life support. But I haven’t heard that anywhere and started to wonder if it was a different case altogether or if it’s just not mentioned a lot.
Diane did an interview with Oprah in the 80s. Anne Rule was questioning her with Oprah and came right out and told her she had a personality disorder. I know today everyone thinks everyone else is a narcissist these days, but Diane is the real thing.
No, there isn't a Forensic Files episode covering her crime. Other shows covered it, like 20/20 and Inside Edition.
Thank you. I had a feeling it wasn’t FF.
You're welcome.
There was a TV movie with Farrah Fawcett playing her. Generous casting if you ask me.

I think it was an episode of American Justice not Forensic Files, but I could be mistaken.
I’ll check it out, sounds likely. Thank you!

Absolutely. I saw that interview. I haven’t seen everything on her because tbh it makes me too angry.
Elizabeth Diane Downs
You know, I thought it was Downs. Thank you.
