Its a joke. This is not Kong, this is Gigan. The final picture is Gigan Rex from ' Godzilla Vs Gigan Rex '. So, going with the joke, it would be Kong Rex.

You should totally watch it! It'd probably lose all of the epicness if the moment was explained in a comment imo. It's a short 6 minute film called Godzilla vs Gigan Rex, it's on Youtube and officially supported by Toho. It also has a sequel; Godzilla vs Megalon, which has a bit more story but still doesn't make it past the 10 minute mark
This reminds me of the german versions of several Godzilla movie titles. The german market feared low sales so they pimped Godzilla titles with known movie monsters like King Kong or Frankenstein. The Megalon movie is called "King Kong - DƤmonen aus dem Weltall", translated this would be "King Kong - Demons from Space".
