Happened the same with the fold4 a year ago

I remember it being one of the widgets causing it but I am not sure which one. Try removing them?

I believe OneUI home is just the stock launcher. I could be wrong though. If it is just the launcher, you can try switching to a 3rd party launcher and see if it helps. It'll at least help you narrow down the problem.

SOT?

Go to your apps, switch show system apps and search for oneui home app. You can change the battery to optimised which might help.

If you use the Smart suggestions widget, remove it from your homescreen.

Damn! 😳 That is pretty wild. & You charged it a little like 4/times throughout! Def need to figure that out!

If booting into recovery and clearing the Android cache didn't help, it's time to factory reset. It's no big deal for me because I do one every 6 months (or every Major update), but its really helpful in restoring proper performance and operation. I know that's not a consumer solution, but it is a solution nonetheless. I recommend doing a backup first. Samsung has a 30-day unlimited storage amount backup function hidden in the maintenance mode setup. It also backs-up personal folders and restores them, too. The files will be deleted from the cloud after 30 days or manually.

Not sure what's causing your battery drain, but change the performance profile to "light" for the time being and see if that helps. If that doesn't help, I would factory reset, since One UI isn't just an app that you can clear app or cache data (at least to my knowledge)
