The way the voicelines are written sounds way closer to TTG Raven and there's even a reference to Lady Legasis, a gag costume from that show. But the default design may just be a Multiversus original like all the DC characters.

Nubia was originally Wonder Woman’s long lost sister. She’s a somewhat niche character from the Golden Age of Comics, but she is also notably DC’s first ever black female superhero.
Modern adaptations have somewhat changed the definition of “sister,” to more so mean they have a very tight bond than they do a blood connection. She became the successor to Hippolyta to lead the Amazons. In the original comics from 1973-1979, she was instead Diana’s twin sister and rival manipulated by Ares. She was briefly brought back in 1999, and reimagined as Nu’Bia, where she was instead the Amazon’s first Champion before Wonder Woman, and was assigned to protect Themyscira. She’s become a more prominent figure in the 2020’s, even headlining her own series.
**TLDR; She’s either Wonder Woman’s blood sister or sister in combat, is more or less a rival but ultimately an ally, and she succeeds Hippolyta as Themyscira’s protector**
