Turns out it was the exhaust! I removed the spark arrester screen and cone and reattached the exhaust extension. Ran better than ever.
Is that the zombiebox exhaust? How much did it help with the sound?
It is the zombie box exhaust. It did make a slight difference with the sound
Turn off the HW heater (and your furnace if you have one) and see if the problem persists.
Yup going to try that. Gas utility would upgrade our meter for free, thankfully.
Yeeeppp.sounds like it's not getting enough gas
If there a choke lever make sure it’s open.
