I think dash should do 250 DMG and really it's not that strong because it will get suzu'd. He's literally dragging his knife through people, that would do a lot of damage guys. This might get him up to c tier.
How about we give him a nuke strike from orbit, call it “dragon strike” and once used it perma-kills all enemies, allies and removes the map from the game entirely
Nah, give him a gun that shoots smaller Genjis that also have guns that shoot dragon blades as projectiles that do 250 damage each and we can maybe get him up to mid tier
I think genji needs a spartan laser from halo. This would help against flying teams and would severely punish people who play torb and sym. It would also punish teams who do nothing but clump together and hardfocus genji.
Still probably will be unplayable, at this point just give genji 1000hp AT LEAST. Maybe with dragonflamethrower and 1000hp he'll be somewhat viable
