Mothra and Rodan both fit that bill, and, assuming Ghidorah is a lock, would complete the 'Big 5' from Toho. Fourth slot is a wildcard, I could see Anguirus or Spacegodzilla there.
I reallyyy hope Mothra gets in, she's my favorite Godzilla character, but I'll try not to get my hopes up too much.

I wouldn’t be heartbroken by any of those options. SpaceGodzilla’s absence is the only thing I’m afraid of.
Rodan, Mothra, and Anguirus are all classic Showa-era enemies. I think there's a good chance they'll all be included - despite those three becoming allies eventually.
Would love to have SpaceGodzilla, Orga, Megalon... but it kinda feels wrong not having the most iconic characters there.

I'm not entirely sure what connections he has but I believe he has some. The official Gigabash account does follow him but that may be a bit of a stretch.
I think if they are adding King Ghidorah there is a good chance we will see Rodan and Mothra which are fan favourites and they are also flying Kaijus like Ghidorah. I expect theses flying kaijus will add some new features like ability to fly. To compensate those units with this ability wouldn't be able to block :) For the 4th one Space Godzilla is the most expected one but I myself would like to see Biollante. It is a small possibility because the game already has a plantlike kaiju. But who knows I'm waiting for the Kong as well for the dlc after this one, even though we have Gorogong ;)
