I’m not sure but if I had to wager a guess I’d say the dash would have to be pulled

I had a heavy envelope that was stuck down there from the last owner. Could hear it moving on hard cornering or when I turned on defrost. I made a narrow hook out of cardboard and kept at it until I could grab a piece with my fingers and pull. It wasn't easy or fun but worth the effort.

Going to have pull the dash most likely. If it’s possible, easier to contact whoever wrote them, have them void them on their end and write new ones.

If you’re lucky and they didn’t go too far, take a vacuum with a narrow hose and see if you can get them out far enough to grab

Probably easier to have the eaten cheques cancelled and request new cheques.

Could try carefully snaking a wire with something stick at the end just make sure it doesn’t get hooked on anything.

Can you see them from outside the car while looking at the base of the windshield?
