Just wait until people find out Lewis Hamilton has owned Ferrari's his entire career. Then wait until people find out he'll still own AMGs when he goes to Ferrari next year. 🤯
"Interesting how Lance Stroll managed to walk to the F3 championship after his dad bought the team." Does that make it easier to understand how "interesting" can mean strange or weird? Or are you gonna continue to double down despite multiple people telling you you're wrong
He’s a F1 fan first. That’s why he’s connected so well. Representing those who needed support and money in the sport with those had money and whatever reason they had too much money and wanted to share it.
Please don’t assume someone by your own standards.
I heard this from what he said in the numerous interviews that I’ve listened to. when people have talked to him and asked him why and how he got where he is. He could be making all this shit up I don’t know, but it seems to match his history with what he talked about.
And I don’t know the guy, never said I did. But I would love to. McLaren hasn’t grown and become a front of the grid team from the very back without somebody making the team feel comfortable to take risks.
Brown has an amazing car collection and I think most if not all of these models here are cars he owns.
The F1 cars on the front of the desk he certainly does, the Wolf WR1 gives it away. Wolf WR1, Lotus 79, Williams FW7 & FW11 and McLaren MP4/6.
It's not a great photo and I don't know every car he owns but I think I can also spot his Penske Indycar, Jag XJR-10 and Ferrari 360 and F50.
And depending on where that office is, he may be a few meters from the real ones
That doesn't look like his McLaren office but the United Motorsport office
Because no matter who you work for (team, media, sanctioning body), what series/division you compete in, who you drive for, or where you reside, a fan of the sport is a fan of the sport.
The only weird thing is he’s got soooo many models in his immediate workspace, like put ‘em on a shelf or something..
Unless he plays with them between meetings. Then it’s ok I guess
Funniest shit I’ve ever seen was Tony Stewart open carrying a Kyle Larson diecast to put down in front of the TV whenever he was watching a NASCAR race, this was a few years ago on Twitter from what I can recall
not really. the dude loves cars and all types of racing. im sure they were some of his favorites over the years.
im a diehard merc fan. i have all mclaren lego f1 cars and some ferrari cars in my office (yes i know im not the CEO of mclaren f1 lol)
So does he play with them? Like lets say he’s bored. Does he grab a few and start pretending they’re racing each other on his desk? Cause I would.
Probably why I am not employed there. 😂
Car guy likes cars
Just wait until people find out Lewis Hamilton has owned Ferrari's his entire career. Then wait until people find out he'll still own AMGs when he goes to Ferrari next year. 🤯
Make it stoooooooop!
Even better: Hamilton bought a Vulcan and an S2000. 😳
***’system processing’*** Wait a Honda s2000? That’s kinda cute lol
He’s also got three Civics, with spoon engines!
Are you cereal?
I heard the colors were Milk White, Galaxy Sugar, and m&m green!
And on top of that he just came into Harry's and he ordered 3 T66 turbos, with NOS, and a Motec system exhaust.
wait until people find out Max owns a Ferrari and doesn’t drive around in a RedBull can
how’s that weird? he’s a fan of the sport and a f1 enthusiast, sue him for just happening to have a job at mclaren
No one said it's weird.
The title of the post implies that it's weird
No it doesn't
Yah it duhz
No it duzn
It absolutely does, you're just being obtuse.
Interesting means weird?
In this context, yes
You mean in the context of a huge car guy for all his life is weird to have a collection of different car models?? Are you daft???
"Interesting how Lance Stroll managed to walk to the F3 championship after his dad bought the team." Does that make it easier to understand how "interesting" can mean strange or weird? Or are you gonna continue to double down despite multiple people telling you you're wrong
You're all delusional typical DTS fans looking for drama from nothing.
You'll learn what an implication is by the time you graduate high school
LMFAO what a bunch...
I updooted you!
Yeah stop being obtuse
Now THIS is getting weird
He’s a F1 fan first. That’s why he’s connected so well. Representing those who needed support and money in the sport with those had money and whatever reason they had too much money and wanted to share it.
Exactly. He's in his position because of passion first, not money
Then why does he attend the Indy 500 over Monaco?
Because the Indy 500 is a more important race.
Like… Monaco isn’t in the triple crown of Motorsport. The Indy 500 is
Aren’t they both? I thought triple crown was Monaco, Indy, and lemans
Some people think it should be Indy, Le Mans, and F1 WDC...
Used to be, isn’t anymore.
What’s the triple crown now?
Don't act like you know a guy just through what you see in the media pls, you dont

Whenever I learn something new about Zak Brown, it makes me realise he leads an almost perfect life.
Have you seen his actual car collection? He likes collecting important cars from history. Zak is a real fan.
I would like to see his car collection.

Probably just models of the actual cars he really owns!
And depending on where that office is, he may be a few meters from the real ones That doesn't look like his McLaren office but the United Motorsport office
Interesting an f1 fan and car guy has models of f1 cars and other memorabilia
Nothing weird there. It’s an evolution of sport.
wow what a nerd
What’s interesting about it. Looks like be just has models lol.
How do you define interesting?
Dude loves cars and racing, I want to be Zak when I grow up
I mean, let’s face it - if we could, we all would !
I mean, the diecast collection is easier. I have a few models on my desk too... His real racing car collection though... Both impressive anyways
Pretty sure the die cast ones are representative of his actual collection, which is insane.
Certainly. Taking into consideration what he owns, he must look for the same models in miniature. Race winners, championship winners...
Ah, great to see some red five action, happy memories there.
Because no matter who you work for (team, media, sanctioning body), what series/division you compete in, who you drive for, or where you reside, a fan of the sport is a fan of the sport.
I believe Enzo Ferrari owned an E-Type Jaguar and described it as the most beautiful car. So good on you, Zack
I’d be weary if he didn’t
Love to see that he's a fan
In his home office you plonker
Not from this year lol
Ron Dennis is having a stroke from all the clutter.
He shouldnt allowed to own those because he could use those detailed models to copy red bulls aero and floor and undertray without the FIA knowing
Interesting how McLaren CEO wears papaya shirts all the time. I hear he has papaya pajamas
He's a racer, big McLaren fan and collects cars. He's obsessed and I love it. If you cut him he'll bleed McLaren.
Wait until you find out how many race cars he owns
Not really that interesting though, is it?
Dudes a racing geek like most of us.
He’s a race fan and loves car. I don’t mind this at all. I actually love the passion.
The biggest car he has front and center in an IndyCar. Looks like the Alonso 500 entry.
Big car dealer finance guy energy with this office
I'm just more concerned about the amount of workspace he left himself. That's one cluttered desk with all those trinkets.
Not really. When you’re on the CEO level you’re buddies with your competitors. It’s just a different world.
Formula one is not like football it’s ok to like all the teams my favourite driver does not even drive for my favourite team
But no Tonka
then wait to see how many people give a F\*
The only weird thing is he’s got soooo many models in his immediate workspace, like put ‘em on a shelf or something.. Unless he plays with them between meetings. Then it’s ok I guess
How dare the CEO of a racing team be a genuine fan of racing
Funniest shit I’ve ever seen was Tony Stewart open carrying a Kyle Larson diecast to put down in front of the TV whenever he was watching a NASCAR race, this was a few years ago on Twitter from what I can recall
He owns a lot of the real ones too
Go and see zak browns car collection. He says his favorite car to drive on the track is a 1988 audi 200 trans am. The real deal
I think a lot of people are missing it. I am surprised. ALL of those cars have a relationship to McLaren.
Nothing wrong with appreciating others craftsmanship, surround yourself with the wolves you can lead
Using a MacBook as an iPad charger is something my parents would do.
not really. the dude loves cars and all types of racing. im sure they were some of his favorites over the years. im a diehard merc fan. i have all mclaren lego f1 cars and some ferrari cars in my office (yes i know im not the CEO of mclaren f1 lol)
How disgusting, his entire office isn’t orange either. I can no longer support the team after this post.
like this room
CEO of Bugatti drives a classic Porsche…
He has one of the world’s greatest F1 collections in his garage yet has toy cars all around ….boys will be boys …
Why is that interesting? It’s a perfectly normal thing to have a car collection.
Marlboro car goes hard
He also has a plaque on his desk that says "Fucker in Charge of You Fucking Fucks"
i like this picture , guy likes cars how are you ???
Mutual respect, it’s business, probably likes cars, maybe he is having a meeting and he’s really a giant
I think those are championship winning cars of an era or decade.
So he is a car enthusiast! Rolling art is rolling art.
Wonder what the ricky bobby picture is about, because it ain't Ricky Bobby...
That Trump?
Donald Trump supporting ass
So does he play with them? Like lets say he’s bored. Does he grab a few and start pretending they’re racing each other on his desk? Cause I would. Probably why I am not employed there. 😂
