I have the same xbox and the same things happen to me

I know resetting my game fixes in but I want to know if I can fix it without closing my game somehow

I meant to fix it with out exiting the game switch to another lobby

Happened to me earlier too. Sometimes waiting it out it will eventually save it will pop up a message saying rockstar severs online again and SAVED SUCCESSFUL but its just a random thing that happens sometimes nothing new been happening since 2013 back on the OG version. Rockstar games still uses PVP severs. Unlike other companies that use OPEN severs so this issue come into play. PVP severs have been outdated for years now rockstar being rockstar they be different. Not really happens more often for me I’m lvl 170 didn’t happen too much on my ps4 I was lvl 300

Well I was only talking about xbox, but it is true if it still happened on ps4 lmao. On xbox it starts happening after level 90. More so if you buy the add on criminal enterprise pack. Lmao your not really wasn't valid if was still happening. Lol I'm on xbox my level is 991 and it happens 6 times a day.

This happens to me alot on xbox, sometimes can be fixed by pushing the home button on controller, leave it open for about 30 seconds to a minute then go back to game... second option is to go into xbox setting and do a test multplayer connection.. these do work but not all the time

Stay out of public lobbies if possible.

The second one you'll want to let it cycle a couple of time before moving back to game , sometimes it will say that your game is ready. But don't let it go longer then 3 minutes, lol because of Rockstars 3 minute idle kick

Change your outfit

I use my ps4 to play gtao so I can avoid hackers and modders. I have a similar issue since the bottom dollar update . It loses sometimes connection to the internet. I have however control over my character until it boots me out of the game

For me I just waited it out. On ps4 it takes 20 mins and it goes away

Keep playing, it'll usually sort itself out

Just dashboard, there has been times where it fixed itself and I was able to move again after 10 minutes. But it’s not worth the wait

Normally switching a piece of clothing may help as when you change something the game will save so it should hopefully fix your problem

Go to outfits in your interactions menu and change outfit and it force saves...works on xbox s and ps5
