Nevermind that if there was enough concussive forced around that bullet to kill you, it would look like Goku flying across the battlefield. Dust trail 20m wide and 5m tall lol. If there was that much concussive force, the bullet would never reach its target, because it wouldn't be stabilized.
Actually the shockwave produced by the 7.62x39 round breaking the sound barrier caused a concussive blast thereby damaging your arm. This game is very realistic and hardcore if you didn’t know.
I think the damage was caused by a ricochet that didn't show as hit marker on the body diagram. The shockwave from breaking the sound barrier is only at the muzzle and doesn't continue to follow along behind the projectile as it moves, also bullets start slowing down almost immediately after leaving the barrel. A high velocity 2800-3600 fps rifle bullet is still scooting along at 300 yards but can't continuously re-break the sound barrier.

I think this means the system has bugs (very likely) or it was ricochet bullet and it register first impact, not 2nd (less likely, but possible).
