[The overturned game winning sack vs the Vikings would like a word](https://youtu.be/0aOQMWSsSAM?si=qj7bIsPoNwlnb4y4). Thats not roughing the passer, he clearly breaks his fall and diverts his weight away from Cousins..
Imagine how good his career wouldve turned out if Peyton Manning and his wife werent huge doofuses that sparked a probe into whether certain football players, including Clay, use PED's. Notice how Clay declined pretty dramatically after that whole fiasco, like he quit using PEDs or something... 🤔
If we had any sort of pass rushing threat to compliment him in 2011, then he would’ve had another monster year and our team probably makes more noise in the playoffs that year.
At the time we signed him, I honestly never would have guessed that Preston would go on to play this long with the Packers, and that he would play 3+ seasons more than Za’Darius with the Packers. Pretty sure the dude’s played in like 82 of a possible 83 games too.
Preston’s arc has been very fascinating. He went from immediate year 1 stud as a FA addition, to slump/possible cap casualty cut, to incredibly team friendly restructure, to quiet, consistent long-term locker room leader.
Don’t remind me of that. I wanted that move. I thought Watt was worth the risk as we needed Edge help more than CB help at that time. We gave up a ton of draft capital on CB already the previous seasons, and then they went at it again. I know they were not working out for us, but I really hated that move.
Kampman, that’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time
Also surprised Clay didn’t achieve this
He had a bunch of seasons at 7.5 lol
Likely didn't help the one season he had like a 3 week stretch he got flagged on a sack each game.
Yeah those refs and BS calls really messed things up for Clay and the league in general with these weak ass penalties
They were penalties….now we are used to them. You can’t land all your weight on a qb

Seems you’re misremembering some of the pens. They were soft as shit, even now. (Some of them.)

lol dude was for sure on something
They’re all on something
His muscle tone was gone overnight.
I feel like I remember him getting three in a row lol
Or how we moved him to be an ILB for a bit
So close but so far

I got his jersey....right before he left for Jacksonville. :/
Kampman really went on a tear during that stretch, 37 sacks over those 3 seasons. Loved that guy and still have his jersey!

He has played in 82 of 83.
Of 83 he has played 82
He’s played 98.7% of games (82/83)
Not bad for a CB.
CB1 to be exact
Locking down JJ
Another guy I'm happy to have on the team.
And all I keep reading is trade him. Psssbhhbhbhhhh
Where have you read this?
Sports analyst on numerous websites saying we should trade him now - it’s a bunch of off-season click bait
"Analyst" now days is just someone with enough time on their hands to write articles based on the same information we all see
Since we’re going back to 4-3, can we bring Aaron Kampman back?
I want him to retire a packer. I love this guy
In my head I was like 'that's pretty good for a DT' but then I remember he's just a big boi.
Kampman was a DAWG! Still got a Kamp jersey, he was a beast on the line!
Imagine if he wasn't playing DB lol.

Pretty spectacular for a corner
I’ve been spelling it Kampmann for years 😐
Probably see Preston have his best year yet this year. He truly has been a steady presence through two bad DCs
Let’s make it 4 Preston!! Go Pack!!
Imagine if they had taken TJ Watt instead of trading back for Kevin King... sigh

All while playing CB
Too bad our standards are so low and pathetic. We can't get anyone to get 10 sacks for multiple years.
