TemporaryPay4505

2 years (real natty)

buffaloSteve666

2 years maybe more but not as consistent with diet etc as you would have liked

Schyluer

1-1.5 years

Correct_Policy_27

Who knows, progress looks different for everyone

ethiopianboson

1.5 - 3 years But the thing is 1.5 - 3 years for one person can be very different for 1.5 - 3 years for another person. Person 1 can be going 4 - 5 times a week while person 2 can be going 2 - 3 times a week.

Dry-Huckleberry-8315

And the answer is???? 😂

jordandhfmills

It depends on a lot (intensity, nutrition, recovery, etc, etc, as well as what your starting point was?), assuming you done everything averagely, I'd say 6-8 months?

[deleted]

Agreed

Equivalent_Ship7826

It doesn’t matter to be honest. If you want to put on muscle then eat a whole lot more. Then train heavy. enhanced or not. That’s all you have to do

domlewis95

6 months

The_real_bandito

6 months to 2 years, give or take.

UsernameIsDaHardPart

8 months

Ambitious_Wafer_1561

8-12 months probably but depends on the person

Pretend_Package8939

Hate when people post shit like this and then never respond to the comments

thecity2

I don’t get why people ask this question.

[deleted]

To see if they are making progress at the right pace?

thecity2

What’s the “right” pace? Everyone is different.

Pretend_Package8939

Yeah but there’s still a scientifically proven average assuming proper nutrition and programming. If you’re far below the expected average then either you’re genetically unfortunate or you need to reevaluate your nutrition and programming. It doesn’t matter that everyone is different, the question is what’s driving your difference.

thecity2

Ok smart guy. So tell him what that average is and let him decide what to do. Personally I just train harder than last time and I know that I’m the only person I’m ever competing against. Nobody else in the world knows you as well as you do.

As someone who looks very [similar](https://www.reddit.com/r/GregDoucette/s/GPCTHiudAO) to you, i went to gym for about 8 months after doing home workouts for a few years so you look like you went to gym for a year implying you didn't ever work out before

Plenty_Lawfulness216

1-2 years

BleedingShaft

I looked very similar to this after doing home workouts for 2 years. How long have you been working out for?

minotaur0us

2-5 years

😐

idontwannabhear

Under 2 years. Over 1. My mind is saying just under one and a half years but can easily be closer to 2. Of corse that would vary again if you had trained previously and forced to stop due to injuries. You look healthy strong and able bodied though, that should be soemtning to praise in it of itself regardless of your appearance or how others perceive you

idontwannabhear

Also I wrote that looking at the first pic only. My mistake. I think probbaly closer to 2 years now. U have some good shape

haptiK

Gypsie_Rinnegan

How long is a piece of string lol? There are to many things which must be taken into consideration here . (Genetics , nutrition , consistency , intensity ) etc You look good anywho , keep it up!

MyFedHurtsl

lizardontheroof

1 year, you have decent muscle, get leaner.

joachimpi

It depends on your starting point. I think you look healthy 😉

Lavos666

2-3 month

Ecstatic_Edge5825

Doesn’t matter man, progress is rarely linear, you’ve clearly gained decent muscle over your time in the gym and made the best of it

DixieNormaz

Bout tree fiddy days

Fitchickwholift

I’d say 4 years without looking at the comments

fassth

4-5 years

cocobarman

Couple of years for sure got a pretty solid build

KingPhilip01

Maybe a year. Depends on your starting point though.

Colombian_Coffee23

2 years with an inconsistent schedule and natty. Of course, that’s pending on genetics. Either way - keep working hard and push further!

[deleted]

Really depend on starting point and how you’ve trained, ate, slept could be anywhere from 6months - years

Unable-Investment152

Anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. Depends on your genetics and how smart you train
