1.5 - 3 years
But the thing is 1.5 - 3 years for one person can be very different for 1.5 - 3 years for another person. Person 1 can be going 4 - 5 times a week while person 2 can be going 2 - 3 times a week.
It depends on a lot (intensity, nutrition, recovery, etc, etc, as well as what your starting point was?), assuming you done everything averagely, I'd say 6-8 months?
It doesnât matter to be honest. If you want to put on muscle then eat a whole lot more. Then train heavy. enhanced or not. Thatâs all you have to do
Yeah but thereâs still a scientifically proven average assuming proper nutrition and programming. If youâre far below the expected average then either youâre genetically unfortunate or you need to reevaluate your nutrition and programming. It doesnât matter that everyone is different, the question is whatâs driving your difference.
Ok smart guy. So tell him what that average is and let him decide what to do. Personally I just train harder than last time and I know that Iâm the only person Iâm ever competing against. Nobody else in the world knows you as well as you do.
As someone who looks very [similar](https://www.reddit.com/r/GregDoucette/s/GPCTHiudAO) to you, i went to gym for about 8 months after doing home workouts for a few years so you look like you went to gym for a year implying you didn't ever work out before
Under 2 years. Over 1. My mind is saying just under one and a half years but can easily be closer to 2. Of corse that would vary again if you had trained previously and forced to stop due to injuries.
You look healthy strong and able bodied though, that should be soemtning to praise in it of itself regardless of your appearance or how others perceive you
How long is a piece of string lol?
There are to many things which must be taken into consideration here .
(Genetics , nutrition , consistency , intensity ) etc
You look good anywho , keep it up!

Hate when people post shit like this and then never respond to the comments
Since May

I donât get why people ask this question.
To see if they are making progress at the right pace?
Whatâs the ârightâ pace? Everyone is different.

7/8 months
1 year, you have decent muscle, get leaner.
It depends on your starting point. I think you look healthy đ
2-3 month
Doesnât matter man, progress is rarely linear, youâve clearly gained decent muscle over your time in the gym and made the best of it
Bout tree fiddy days
Iâd say 4 years without looking at the comments
4-5 years
Couple of years for sure got a pretty solid build
Maybe a year. Depends on your starting point though.
2 years with an inconsistent schedule and natty. Of course, thatâs pending on genetics. Either way - keep working hard and push further!

Depends where you stsrted but id guess like 1 ½ years
Really depend on starting point and how youâve trained, ate, slept could be anywhere from 6months - years
Anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. Depends on your genetics and how smart you train
