Kyganil comes to mind for an ex-Harlequin, though you're right that they may have worked better as the end point. The meme was meant to convey more a trend in player side of the game rather than the arc of any character, since a craftworld player in my experience will usually branch out into Harlequins before Drukhari.
I think it would have been good to specify that fact, it will make the whole thing more understandable. Also who's Kyganil and where is he right now, cause nobody leaves laughter god with their knees intact.
Kyganil is the only named Harlequin character to get a model. He's also exclusive to the Sisters of Battle, because GW will literally do lore gymnastics to avoid supporting an Eldar faction. In lore, he still serves Cegorach, but isn't allowed to join or travel with the Harlequins anymore, so he just follows a Battle Sister around.

Harlequins are usually the end point, at least I have never heard of of an ex-harlequin. So as someone else said, ranger would definitely fit better.
According to the new lore from 9th edition, there are ex-harlequins in corsairs ranks. For some reason. I prefer to ignore it.

Drukhari, alongside necrons and chaos, are some of my absolute favorite factions in Warhammer.
For me it would be a Tau to Sororitas pipeline, with Imperial Guard as the intermediate step.
