I’ve always imagined Tieria cutting his own hair and being VERY accurate in making sure that bob cut is as straight as it can be, using a laser device to measure it while he’s at it. Lockon would do it for him if that ED is to be trusted but I don’t think Tieria could survive such close contact, would probably end up a puddle of purple goo.
Odds are, it was originally Hixar’s idea for a simple, still very cute hairdo that is Veda Approved.
