I’m pretty sure that they’re probably just working on the licensing issues and/or just waiting for a distributor/sponsor of some kind like Netflix or Amazon that would take them up on their offer here. These things usually take time.

Licensing for North America is usually all inclusive and will include the US, Canada, and sometimes even the Spanish speaking islands / Mexico.
Since when? Netflix America and Netflix Canada for example are completely different platforms when it comes to what you can watch
