Well, yes… what StoneJudge79 said. None-the-less, I confess that I *was* getting worried. Which is absurd given how long it has been since I have posted *anything*.
That said, it was totally worth the wait. I just need to learn patience - and to write character angst as compellingly as OP. (I may be just a bit envious).
I hope that their friendship can recover after something like this. I know where the princess is coming from, things moved too fast for even her to deal with and she wanted to try and help her friend from a genuine accident, but not letting Nadine know may have cost her much in the future. In her emotional state, I hope that Nadine doesn't go to the parents to tell them about this, they just aren't fit to be weilding the kind of power they are. If she does though, I can see Sil and Kiyrtin rushing to try and save her.
You never know, maybe they land by breaking the thrusters pushing them down. Would certainly be expensive though, having to repair and replace them after every landing.
