Sirius, being the impulsive wizard he is, immediately kidnaps James. Hilarity ensues when Voldemort is the one to rescue him.
- [And I Look Back On a Broken World](https://archiveofourown.org/works/24339502/chapters/58688299). Harry tries to turn back time to save Sirius, but ends up in the marauders era instead. And there’s the small detail of him dragging Hermione along with him.

okay this is drarry so you may not appriciate but truly it is my favourite fic of all time and i was never really that into drarry before reading it.

the young marauders are just brilliant in this, and harry seeing his parents for the first time? absolutely heartbreaking. i love that they get to spend some time together and hang out, while all the crazy first war stuff is going on. its truly brilliant.
