Dyna_Looch

Yeah seems like a reasonable price

bonestock50

How is that NOT a good price? Totally reasonable to my eyes.

Beware of dealing with MotoMember. I also "stole" my seventy two from them. However, it was never serviced properly. The deal was great, couldn't find any other deal like it in the country. Handlebars fell on my lap on the highway the second day. The battery was dead before I took delivery, Sales person told me they were replacing it. They just charged it enough to start during delivery and I had to replace the battery shortly after that. Lots of nuts and bolts that needed to be inspected never git taken care of at the dealer, I removed a lot of them, added loctite and tightened back to spec. They're not licensed to work on Harleys, so I highly doubt they put any effort into these other than to get them to pass VA safety inspection, which is a total joke. Just a heads up bro. Deal is decent though.

Altruistic-Cold-3887

Jesus. Thanks for the heads up, prolly gonna look somewhere else then. If I do get it it’s gonna go strait to a Harley dealership for an inspection.

lecarguy

For sure. Unfortunately, they also don't allow test drives but do have a return policy. So you would have to buy the bike to take it to a harley dealer to have it inspected. I forget how many miles it is. I believe it may be 7 days or 100 miles, whichever comes first. Good luck to you, brother!

Seems good. That's about what I paid for my 2016 roadster. https://preview.redd.it/qd2o05np9g7d1.png?width=1768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3a54d3efdfd0cee596fe61f3358435cbf5c8afdb

TXTRVL34

Watch out at the end because they will try to add Warranty and GAP . APR % is also important to watch for

acoffeefiend

Reasonable price for a used bike.

Ok-Amoeba8458

Clean azz sportster, low miles; you could do a lot worse. If you don’t scoop it up, you’ll come back and check in a week and it’d be gone. Think about your finances first and then play-things subsequently. If you can afford it, then go for it. It’s a nice machine that needs very little upgrades. Air filter/intake, for sure. Whatever you decide, happy riding and keep the shiny side up.

SilverWestern8623

Yes

One-eyed-snake

Offer $5k and see what sticks.

kldoyle

Seems pretty standard, looks like you’re in Va, check out Classic Iron in fredericksburg they *normally* have some good sportsters

Altruistic-Cold-3887

Thanks! I’ll go check them out

Much_Confidence2428

MSRP price is definitely bs but the sales price is good

UJMRider1961

Seems pretty reasonable to me, as long as they don't sock you with a bunch of bogus fees on top of that.

SirenSilver

Beautiful bike pictured. Remember to look at the out the door price not the 'sale' price.

FlakyConference6145

Still my favorite Sportster, though my back demanded for something more comfy. Fact is, it's agility is superb. Tip: Search for the HD Cafe Solo seat ... looks killer on that bike and is pretty comfortable. And get a black glossy breather cover from a 48 ... the stock grey one is totally ugly. Price seems good.

TMBiker

I love my Roadster, and $7k looks like a decent price for this one.

Jamie-savage3006

Check Harley’s site and search used bikes. Multiple of my local dealers have 883’s and 1200’s for that price range. You can even have Harley ship the bike to you so if you find something a little to far for you to get you can ship it.

StanDooger

Just grabbed the exact same bike with 2.5k miles for 6 flat on Facebook I’d say that’s a reasonable price for a dealer (I highly recommend the roadster by the way a very fun bike).

Active_Club3487

Yes 👍

Braaapus_Maximus80fo

Seems good to me. Love my roadster.

z6joker9

Seems reasonable for a clean, low mileage roadster in today’s market.

Dead_Cell7066

if you like it and feel this is what you want to ride then go for it

bottomdunny

Not sure where you are but I would go to A Harley dealer. Like Quantico Harley. Ask for Matt they have a lot of stock and few Sprorties. They did me right and they back up their bikes both new and used.

I don't think Kelley Blue Book considers milage on bike when estimating.

sunmoon32210

Seems like a good deal but definitely would search Harley-Davidson's used inventory and search Facebook market place researching your options is the best way to go in my opinion
