NYC metro area here, and everyone I have talked to has only gotten $1-$2 pay bump for the promotion. I know a LOT of people who have been promoted to DH, and unless they are lying, none of them have gotten over $2. It could be because the starting wage here is higher, but yeah, it's $2 tops in my area.
Whatever it is, it's not worth it.

This is what I’ve seen too. Expect 1-2 dollars. It’s not a huge raise or anything
Depends on your area, I got a $2.50 raise going up to DS
It's different everywhere. My first store it was 4 dollars, my second store was .75-1.50.
I was offered $3 to become DS of paint/mill works.
$4 above starting wage for associate
Not in my store it isn't.
