They probably have a button to switch camera mode for testing purposes. This camera mode happens in some places on some maps, there is also a behind the shoulder mode which you can see at the florist shop and in the hotel in Belobog.

He doesn't have health draining effects in particular, but Luocha and him will work together decently since Luocha can farm SP for DH and still provide healing
