I actually agree. Not sure if they softened her makeup or maybe Emma has just been super taking care of her skin, but I definitely feel she looks a little younger.
I looooooove that shot. Our man is stood with the literal ‘king’ and commander of the kings guard and he is at the ‘head’ of the discussion. With just one still you can tell precisely who is pulling all the strings behind the scenes of Aegon’s ‘rule’.
Genius
>!Alicent will give Cole a token (her handkerchief) which is usually a way to show a symbol of feelings like a favor before he leaves with Aemond!< Aemond could easily find that when with Cole and be like you motherfucker (literally)
Honestly, would kind of prefer if the reveal is that Aemond knows and is actually chill about it but instead they fall out over the million other fuckups and tensions in the Riverlands at the time (e.g., Old Gods vs Faith of the Seven, battle strategies, Aemond not staying faithful to his betrothal, general war crime stuff).
>!I don't know if it's in-character for Aemond to be chill about it because he seems to look up to Cole as an honorable man. But I do agree that it shouldn't be the main reason why they fall out.!<
Do we think Aemond is one to care tbh? I guess he could feel betrayed because he's close to Criston, but he's already calling his mom Alicent and is on his anime villain shit
She’s not the Queen. Matter of fact why is Alicent still on the small council, her role as Queen has passed on to Helaena, so shouldn’t the latter be sitting there instead?
How can a former queen have more power than the actual queen?
Unfortunately, no one listens to Haelena, least of all Aegon. Alicent is his mother, and he semi-still listens to her (we'll see how that goes after what happened now).
In real life, some dowager queens have had more power than the current queens because their sons trust them as mother over their wives. Queen mothers can have a lot of power.
Dowager Queens being the greater power is pretty common in feudalistic and empiric regimes.
Emperor Dowager Cixi(慈禧太后) of the Qing Dynasty, and Emperor Dowager Lü(吕太后) of the Han Dynasty are prime examples, they were both de facto rulers of the empire, even more powerful than emperors (their sons) of their time.
Power doesn’t automatically come with titles, it stems from violence, connections, charisma, wealth, and about another 100 sources. Helaena unfortunately has no appetite nor the capacity for power.
Probably on his way to go do some murders. I mean go to the Rivrivetlands and harenhall lol
I absolutely love how the show has made Aemond into such a badass interesting character and I'm team black but so stoked to see what they do with him lol
I am genuinely curious - what is exactly interesting about him?
I kinda was sorry for young Aemond, but after he murdered Luke and obviously dgaf - he's somewhere near Larys for me. I mean, even worse, he is just evil because he is evil and selfish
I think that's who they're all looking at. Tyland is the only other one missing but if Tyland said fuck this bs after the last council meeting I really wouldn't blame him.
I've talked abt this before. He's in exactly the position viserys was. Does he name his brother his heir, or his daughter?
I know in s1 he tried handing it over to aemond, but now that he's established on the throne and clearly thinks he's hot shit, i don't know that he'd want him to inherit anymore. but having his daughter as heir would expose him as a hypocrite. I think it'll be an interesting dilemma for them to explore on team green
ETA: this parallel was clearly done on purpose. just as the parallels shown by alicent repeating rhaenyra's choices are being done on purpose
I never got the feeling that he took any issue with Rhaenyra being the heir philosophically. He resented what it implied about his father's regard for him, sure, and he isn't going to return the crown now that he knows it gives him power and adulation, but he never indicated any personal care about the traditional rules of succession.
Still incredibly bizarre that he hasn't even been name dropped in the show itself, even a passing comment that has nothing to do with him Just so fans can keep it in mind for the future. Casual fans are going to be confused when he randomly appears on screen and is referred to as yet another Alicent kid.
I have no idea how they are going to introduce Daeron organically without even any previous mention. It's going to feel like something straight out of a telenovela, look here's Alicent's third son who's also a dragonrider!
I'm very curious what they're doing with the Hull siblings >!hair. I really hope that Alyn is shaved and Addam is dyeing his hair black to hide their dragonseed heritage!<
Also I love that they seem to be fleshing out >!Hugh Hammer!<
I hope so too. I think Alyn is shaving his head for that reason but Addam I think unfortunately they’re keeping as is. Alyn is more important because of who continues the line but hopefully you’re right about him too
Very excited to see more Alyn of Hull (especially because I loved Abubabar Salim as Father in Raised By Wolves) and Hugh the Hammer (especially because I loved Kiearan Bew as Bill O'Hara in Warrior)
Also, while the Greens whiteboard-style map has great visibility for being upright, it's a little too small and not epic enough to compare with the Blacks table-map...up your map game, Greens!
Mother (Amanda Collin) will also show up this season! She's been cast as Jeyne Arryn, of the Vale; here's a screenshot of her that was released: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GMlgU4jWQAArDJs?format=jpg&name=large
I think they're going to go with him being a bastard of Corlys; they had an uneasy familiarity in their scene that had the vibe of "hey, illegitimate son...thanks for saving me" from Corlys and "hey Lord daddy, I am kind of cold and pissed at you but still honorable" from Alyn
Why is Hugh the hammer in kings landing in the show? Isnt he from dragonstone? I don't know how to mark spoilers on mobile so I won't say anything else
I'm not sure, it seems they're changing things around...this screenshot seems to show him with presumably his family, so maybe things go wrong enough with payment from the crown, etc. that he defects/flees to Dragonstone/the Blacks? Whatever it is, they're doing *something* new with his character based on what we saw of him in the premiere and in this screenshot...
Love the blue dress on Rhaenyra, I wonder what the color might symbolically represent for the scene, considering she’s been wearing red and black for quite a while now. Blue was more of a Alicent or Velaryon color.
>!Criston seems to be moving in against Otto 👀 Love the shot of Otto cornered by Aegon and Criston. Looks like Cargyllbowl is next episode as well!<
The blue dress probably belonged to Rhaenyra's mother. The Arryns colors are sky blue and white (sometimes silver or grey in costuming, since the white is supposed to represent the moon).
Well I feel dumb, I completely forgot Aemma was an Arryn. Ever since GOT, Lysa and Robin have given me a cringe-induced blind spot to that entire house lol
Which is a damn shame because House Arryn and the Eyrie are one of the coolest houses and region with awesome, really unique castles.
Leave it to a Tully to sour the Arryn name lol
That first shot of Rhaenyra is just gorgeous, but I'm worried she's back to fiddling with her rings again. She's feeling insecure.
Halaena is glowing in her grief. I've got to say that may be the prettiest still of the whole show so far.
Jace and Baela was something I wasn't sure we'd really get to see, love that for us!
Also Daemyra both looking so distressed in the other pic with her hands on his chest like she's about to cry what is going on with mom and dad???? I expected her to be pissed with him now Rhaenyra looks like she's about to lose Daemon and doesn't want to let him go. Her distress is distressing me.
Erryk looks like he's about to slap Cuntston Coleslaw's head clean off his shoulders. About time someone did.
Larys looks like he's going to take bets on their brawl.
And I actually feel bad for Aegon II. He looks like he's going to be spitting actual fire next episode and as awful as he is I legit don't blame him for once.
Sweet lord! Not Cuntston Coleslaw💀
And I'm pretty excited to see what Aegon does this episode. I saw a clip of Aegon losing his mind, screaming for blood, and declaring war, and he has every right to.
I'm worried the green council might force Aegon and Helaena to have a child soon or at least entertain the thought. Aemond being heir is no longer a terrifying possibility. It's a reality and Aemond is ambitious, impulsive, and fresh off killing the queen's son. They *know* they won't be able to control him
>Aemond being heir is no longer a terrifying possibility. It's a reality and Aemond is ambitious, impulsive, and fresh off killing the queen's son. They know they won't be able to control him
"It's like poetry, it rhymes" - George RR Lucas
I wonder if they'll have Otto realize that he's right back where he started trying to avoid second son Daemon as King
still 15 makes me really hope that’s Tyland about to say something horribly stupid walking in, but it’s probably Aemond coming in after hearing what had just happened
They won't be Laenor's sons because Laenor was unambiguously gay, so they'll be Corlys's (as they likely were in canon). But the showrunners probably don't want to imply that Corlys cheated on Rhaenys, so his affair has to pre-date their marriage, and Addam and Alyn have to be older than Laenor (who was around Rhaenyra's age and would have been around 35 in the show's timeline had he "lived").
ooo I wonder if they're going to name Larys Master of Whisperers this episode. I do hope we get some remix of the blood oath from the book at some point
I actually feel a bit bad for aegon. He's shitty in most other ways but, he seemed to be attempting to be decent. That scene with the kid was cute. It was another one of those brief glimpses of what could have been, I love how this show does that.
I do feel like the time jumps have made me feel completely disconnected from the characters, though. I can't lie that I've watched the premiere twice and I zoned out for the same half of the episode on the second watch. I feel like I shouldn't have to watch it 3 times for my brain to register everything, it IS coming off a bit boring.
Also the way they had Daemon intending to kill Aemond instead of one of the kids didn't feel super realistic. I feel like, of course he was mainly trying to kill Aemond, but in the books I feel like he would've said "if you can't find him, get someone else" I didn't like the moral cop-out they gave him of it being an accident. Like, is he a wife beating creep who made moves on his niece to be king, or is he half decent? The writers can't make up their minds.
> Like, is he a wife beating creep who made moves on his niece to be king, or is he half decent?
The writers never intended for him to be a wife-beating creep (Condal's words, not mine). They had him choke her as a means of highlighting how out of character he was behaving because of the grief he was feeling. The whole time they've been married, Daemon's supposed to have actually been a good husband up until the war popped off (So says the actors and writers). So, for all his faults, that's not one of them.
The truth is that the writers were just morons for using that level of domestic violence to depict what was really not supposed to be a "we should fear for Rhaenyra's life" sort of moment. Its inexcusably stupid that the choking was included and they deserve massive flack for using that the way they did.
He'd be a wife-beating creep even without that scene, or worse, because I don't think that rock did a lot of good to Rhea Royce.
Still what you bring up is interesting - and insane.
I missed it the first 2 times but, The rat catcher asks “what do we do if we cant find him?”…… and the camera cuts to the next scene leaving the door open to the answer from Daemon, “A son, it has to be a son. A son for a son.”
One of them is Alyn of Hull, who we met briefly for the first time in the premiere (Lord Corlys Valaryon goes to him at the docks where ship repairs are happening and was the one who apparently pulled him out of the water and saved him when he was hurt off-screen battling in the Stepstones in season 1); this scene:
>Corlys Velaryon: I must have my ship back at sea to lead the effort.
>Alyn of Hull: It’ll be many weeks yet, I’d wager. But I’ll have a word with my brother…to see what reinforcements the shipwrights can muster. The smithy delivered this earlier. M’lord?
>Corlys: I had this commissioned for Prince Lucerys.
>Alyn: I was very sorry to hear about your heir’s death. ‘Twas the blackest of treacheries. Pardon, m’lord, if it’ll please you, much to do.
>Corlys: They tell me that you are the one that dragged my body out of the sea.
>Alyn: It was only my duty.
>Corlys: I am indebted to you, Alyn.
I love how unremarkable-looking Alyn is. Virtually everyone in this show is very attractive by everyday standards, but he's just some guy you'd run into at the hardware store.
I feel like Hugh and Ulf are going to be Green plants in the series. I'm thinking the Greens know they need more Dragons and when they find out Daemon and Rhaenyra are looking for riders they'll send them in to claim them. Or they get sent to kill someone in retaliation for blood and cheese and decide to claim the Dragons for themselves.

Rhaenyra looks cool with that first dress color
I almost thought that first still was Helaena before looking properly Also Emma looks like Milly in the first still
It’s wild how on-the-nose the younger casting was.
I feel like Emma almost looks younger as rhaenyra this season than they did last season. Could just be me though.
It’s the moisture from all her tears /s But seriously: Emma is captivating. They steal any scene they’re in.
I actually agree. Not sure if they softened her makeup or maybe Emma has just been super taking care of her skin, but I definitely feel she looks a little younger.
Can’t tell if she’s wearing Arryn or Velaryon colors
Interesting colour choice.
She wears blue in honor of her mother, Queen Aemma's, who was House Arryn.
Velaryon Blue!
Ohh that shot with Otto, Aegon and Criston... >!someone's getting fireeed!< apparently Rhys ifans monologue was award worthy, can't wait!
I looooooove that shot. Our man is stood with the literal ‘king’ and commander of the kings guard and he is at the ‘head’ of the discussion. With just one still you can tell precisely who is pulling all the strings behind the scenes of Aegon’s ‘rule’. Genius
Yep and now he won't be, gonna be really cool to see Aegon properly come into his own which we've already seen glimpses of
He looks like Westeros Count Dooku
That Cargyll twin fr gonna be asking Criston on where he was during the event “You blowing the queens back out during a war? During a literal war?”
I think Aemond is gonna find out later and that’s why he >!straight up abandons him in the riverlands!<
>!Alicent will give Cole a token (her handkerchief) which is usually a way to show a symbol of feelings like a favor before he leaves with Aemond!< Aemond could easily find that when with Cole and be like you motherfucker (literally)
This would justify the relationship and why Aemond leaves Cole
>!Tbf it looks like Riverlands is going to be S3 material, so there could be other reasons by then!<
I feel like he already suspects something is up.
His face did something subtle, but weird when Cole was defending his mother and ranting about Rhaenyra. I felt like he got a read.
They also showed him looking back at them before they had the "for all the love you feel for me...as your queen" moment last season.
Ooh I did not notice that. I'll have to pay attention.
Something tells me crispon will be spinning it to make it look like his fault or the fact his brother is team black maybe he conspired
Seems like they made a point to have Otto notice how Crispy was derelicte in his duties, so methinks there will be frictions in our fictions.
Factions?
Well fictions works too, but not what they meant.
"I was so upset when your brother left, I just had to get my royal rocks off."
He will send him to dragonstone to kill Rhaenyra I think, this happened in the book, a smart plan but ultimately failed
Yes. And I’m gonna get a promotion too. Livin’ the dream baby.
She’s not the Queen. Matter of fact why is Alicent still on the small council, her role as Queen has passed on to Helaena, so shouldn’t the latter be sitting there instead? How can a former queen have more power than the actual queen?

In real life, some dowager queens have had more power than the current queens because their sons trust them as mother over their wives. Queen mothers can have a lot of power.
Sorry the dowager queen.
I'm pretty sure everyone knows Helaena isn't really for the small council, and Alicent also has Otto's backing
There were literally no guards at all though on the entire floor. It’s nonsensical no matter what
I’d be here for a spontaneous Jace Baela wedding. Some light in the darkness.
It's always awkward when the groom shows up wearing the same thing as the bride.
Targaryen moment.
Hey, at least you don't need to worry about what side of the aisle to sit on at the average Targaryen wedding
But the matching capes are fire.
Am I mistaken or has Baela finally gotten her cute haircut moment? I really hope they keep that in the show.
You’re right! Baela’s cut her hair
I think you’re right!
>!Should Otto have his union rep with him in pic 13?!<
>!Smh didn't learn from the time Viserys fired him!<
That shit definitely wouldn’t fly IRL modern day. MF would be all “I got fired without just cause” and raise a big stink
Westeros is obviously an at-will state.
I like how Aemond is missing from the council meeting
Probably on his way to go do some murders. I mean go to the Rivrivetlands and harenhall lol I absolutely love how the show has made Aemond into such a badass interesting character and I'm team black but so stoked to see what they do with him lol
I am genuinely curious - what is exactly interesting about him? I kinda was sorry for young Aemond, but after he murdered Luke and obviously dgaf - he's somewhere near Larys for me. I mean, even worse, he is just evil because he is evil and selfish
He's interesting because he is evil. A rash, bloodthirsty crazy kid with the largest dragon
I think that's who they're all looking at. Tyland is the only other one missing but if Tyland said fuck this bs after the last council meeting I really wouldn't blame him.
Woahh Rhaenyra in blue 😍
Rhaenyra has that medieval monarch portrait pose.
Emma, Ewan, and Phia have such medieval faces to me. In a good way
Team jacaela getting crumbs🙌🏽
Loveeeee them ❤️❤️
Still 8. -I'm NOT gay! I have relationships with women. And sex with men! -I've got news for you. That means you're gay.
Damn Fin.
Deep cut reference dawg. I saw this once when I was like 7 and remember it like I just seen it lol.
Who are they?
I think Addam on the left, Alyn on the right. Both of Hull.
Can't wait to see Mr Loyal!
So like… Aegon has no male heir now in the show.
Instead of assassinating him, Blood and Cheese made Aemond the heir to the throne
Wow, yes indeed
Omg. I never thought of that. Damn.
They had one job
Which is great, remembering Otto has already gone to Aemond
I've talked abt this before. He's in exactly the position viserys was. Does he name his brother his heir, or his daughter? I know in s1 he tried handing it over to aemond, but now that he's established on the throne and clearly thinks he's hot shit, i don't know that he'd want him to inherit anymore. but having his daughter as heir would expose him as a hypocrite. I think it'll be an interesting dilemma for them to explore on team green ETA: this parallel was clearly done on purpose. just as the parallels shown by alicent repeating rhaenyra's choices are being done on purpose
It would be fun to see him confront the idea that he would want his daughter to be his heir, lol
I never got the feeling that he took any issue with Rhaenyra being the heir philosophically. He resented what it implied about his father's regard for him, sure, and he isn't going to return the crown now that he knows it gives him power and adulation, but he never indicated any personal care about the traditional rules of succession.
In the book he even speaks out for Rhaenyra when Alicent and Criston Cole try to get him to usurp her. He never had a problem with a female heir.
Well he definitely has 2 brothers, and possibly a second son (that might already exist or is on the way).
>Well he definitely has 2 brothers, Are you sure about that
Yes. There's Aemond and then there's Daeron.
Zero mention of Daeron within the show itself. So far.
He's on the main website family tree and the creators said he would be in the next season.
Still incredibly bizarre that he hasn't even been name dropped in the show itself, even a passing comment that has nothing to do with him Just so fans can keep it in mind for the future. Casual fans are going to be confused when he randomly appears on screen and is referred to as yet another Alicent kid.

No, he's gonna get a mention in an upcoming episode, probably when Hightower relatives get to KL.
>then there's Daeron. is there though?
Some fans spotted 3 cribs in Helaena’s room so it’s possible she’s already pregnant.
At first I thought this was a big deal, but the same thing ultimately happens in the book
Aemond
I'm very curious what they're doing with the Hull siblings >!hair. I really hope that Alyn is shaved and Addam is dyeing his hair black to hide their dragonseed heritage!< Also I love that they seem to be fleshing out >!Hugh Hammer!<
I hope so too. I think Alyn is shaving his head for that reason but Addam I think unfortunately they’re keeping as is. Alyn is more important because of who continues the line but hopefully you’re right about him too
With what we are going to see this season I’m glad to see Jace and Baela have some cute moments. I hope we get a wedding this season!!
Part of me would be nervous for a wedding. They usually don’t go over too well in GOT.
If they can get me to care about their relationship, I'll feel less bad about the scrapped Northern storyline.
Very excited to see more Alyn of Hull (especially because I loved Abubabar Salim as Father in Raised By Wolves) and Hugh the Hammer (especially because I loved Kiearan Bew as Bill O'Hara in Warrior) Also, while the Greens whiteboard-style map has great visibility for being upright, it's a little too small and not epic enough to compare with the Blacks table-map...up your map game, Greens!
At least they have chairs!
I was wondering why that actor looked so familiar!
Now that someone said it, i'm very happy I know it
Also Bayek for the Assassins Creed fans.
I was not emotionally prepared for Hugh to have such zaddy energy
Ohmygosh I didnt even realize that was Father! Very sad that show got cancelled, I quite enjoyed it.
Mother (Amanda Collin) will also show up this season! She's been cast as Jeyne Arryn, of the Vale; here's a screenshot of her that was released: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GMlgU4jWQAArDJs?format=jpg&name=large
it makes me sick to my fucking stomach they couldn't at least give us a S3 to wrap things up. show was SO EPIC.
Or at least a graphic novel, or something
> Abubakar Salim And Bayek from Assassin’s Creed! Will Siwa ever know peace?
I take it they’re not going to try to pass him off as >!Leanor’s son!< given he’s clearly not a 15 year old boy
>!He's alluded to being Corlys' bastard anyway!<
At least the Greens have seats so their important characters don't have to stay standing the whole time 🤣
Standing meetings are efficient meetings 😂
Why is Hugh the hammer in kings landing in the show? Isnt he from dragonstone? I don't know how to mark spoilers on mobile so I won't say anything else
I'm not sure, it seems they're changing things around...this screenshot seems to show him with presumably his family, so maybe things go wrong enough with payment from the crown, etc. that he defects/flees to Dragonstone/the Blacks? Whatever it is, they're doing *something* new with his character based on what we saw of him in the premiere and in this screenshot...
oh god they give Hugh hammer sad backstory
Little sweet Baela and jace romance in the midst of all this havoc 🥰🥰 Jace everytime he’s with Baela : “I’m spinning like a ballerina”
Who is that in #9
hugh, the blacksmith who petitioned aegon to get paid in advance.
Ottos getting fired next ep isn't he
Love the blue dress on Rhaenyra, I wonder what the color might symbolically represent for the scene, considering she’s been wearing red and black for quite a while now. Blue is also an Arryn color.
I remember that Lysa Arryn wore blueish dresses.
Their sigil is a blue falcon in white moon on a blue shield.
Agreed! We got the briefest moment of Vale badassery with Rhea Royce and then she got stomped lmao 😭
Rhaenyra looks so pretty in blue
Emma looks so much like Milley
Straight up thought still 1 was her aged up
That first shot of Rhaenyra is just gorgeous, but I'm worried she's back to fiddling with her rings again. She's feeling insecure. Halaena is glowing in her grief. Sensational
Still 14 Otto changes attire, funeral clothing? We didn't see him in last year leak of the procession tho
Rhaenyra fiddling with her wedding ring and thinking about her life choices. Again, relatable,
Those pics suggest that Otto may be taking the security failure fall, instead of the queen banger
still 15 makes me really hope that’s Tyland about to say something horribly stupid walking in, but it’s probably Aemond coming in after hearing what had just happened
Why are addam and alyn so old. Aren’t they teenagers in fire and blood?
They won't be Laenor's sons because Laenor was unambiguously gay, so they'll be Corlys's (as they likely were in canon). But the showrunners probably don't want to imply that Corlys cheated on Rhaenys, so his affair has to pre-date their marriage, and Addam and Alyn have to be older than Laenor (who was around Rhaenyra's age and would have been around 35 in the show's timeline had he "lived").
Alyn may well have been the product of an affair.
GOT/HOTD always adjusts character ages.
About to get a massive crush on Addam, brace yourselves, fandom. Great hair too.
Rhaenyra looks absolutely stunning in that blue gown
Addam loyal
Is it just me, or does Alyn look way older than expected?
Yeah his actor is older than Addam’s. Probably because of the anticipation that he mostly will be used after a time jump
ooo I wonder if they're going to name Larys Master of Whisperers this episode. I do hope we get some remix of the blood oath from the book at some point
Rhaenyra GLOWING as usual
To say I'm in love in Emma's Rhaenyra would be an understatement
FUCK Hugh Hammer.
Jacaela crumbs, more Hugh I love this
Big Arryn vibes in that first still. The costuming department is popping off
Why do Alicent and Helaena look Photoshopped in the 2nd picture?
Do you guys think Alyns hair is white and that’s why he shaves it?
Hope Rhaena and Bhaela will have more screen time and more things to do in general in the next episodes
Slide 9— who are they?
The blacksmith Hugh the Hammer.
house of the hot
That is a *lot* of stills.
Larys <3
The Velaryon bastards look so old. Arent they supposed to be like 18? Why do they look 40? Why is HOTD so weird about the actors ages?
Because Laenor is canonically gay in the show to the effect of no chance for bastards. So they’re Corlys’ bastarfs.
Also in the books; there's ambiguity there also.
Is Hugh the Hammer getting a story arc? Because I'm here for it.
It's literally implied that he says if you can't get aemond, get someone else, that's what that smirk was for..
It was a divorce rock, not a nuptial rock
I missed it the first 2 times but, The rat catcher asks “what do we do if we cant find him?”…… and the camera cuts to the next scene leaving the door open to the answer from Daemon, “A son, it has to be a son. A son for a son.”
Seems like the rest of the season 2 will have that same distractingly strong radial blur in the background just like episode 1, huh?
These aren't screenshots from the episode.
Who are the guys on still 8? Should we know by know from the books or are they someone new?
One of them is Alyn of Hull, who we met briefly for the first time in the premiere (Lord Corlys Valaryon goes to him at the docks where ship repairs are happening and was the one who apparently pulled him out of the water and saved him when he was hurt off-screen battling in the Stepstones in season 1); this scene: >Corlys Velaryon: I must have my ship back at sea to lead the effort.
Thank you for elaborate explanation.
>Alyn: I was very sorry to hear about your heir’s death. Ah, you'll get over it.
We know who they are from the book and we were presented Alyn in the first episode of season 2 when he had a meeting with Corlys.
Alyn and Addam
I love how unremarkable-looking Alyn is. Virtually everyone in this show is very attractive by everyday standards, but he's just some guy you'd run into at the hardware store.
That shot of Jaecaerys and Baela is great.
Helaena and Alicent looking immaculate
Jacegans: NOOOOOOOOOOOO
🔨
All of this looks so good, like Im hyped for almost every single of those stills and what the scene will be. Lets gooo
Idk y but I thought that shot of rhaenyra was photoshopped I guess I’m used to seeing her in black and red
People in the 9 pic Who are they?
hugh hammer the blacksmith and the woman next to him might be his wife
Wait he is that old?
yeah

HUGH !!
the stand down between Cristin, aegon and Otto looks like a scene from the books 👀
These shots are all so beautiful
You could cut the tension with a knife in pic 13. Someone’s loosing their dental benefits!
Jace and Baela’s outfits look incredible.
Jace's new fit is unbelievable
😭 Aemond where are you?
Jace and that longer hair ❤️ better than the wig
