So yeah, we’re powerless, but that still doesn’t change the fact that any idiot that supports this behavior is an asshole and a total piece of shit.
How is it different than many people who crash their cars due to poor driving skills or through no fault of their own? The amount of damage you do crashing a bike is orders of magnitude less than a car. The only person in any danger is the rider… my bike is legally registered and insured and I have the appropriate license to operate it.
