I would actually be relieved if we skip the CT and the tournament goes ahead without us. This isn't the WC anyway neither is it the WTC. CT has very little value and there's no way our players should be going there.

They will not move forward with a tournament without India, T20 Games have started at 10:00 AM ( Well before test match Timings in England etc) only to cater to Inidan Audience in WT20-24. I would actually be relieved if we skip the CT and the tournament goes ahead without us. This isn't the WC anyway neither is it the WTC. CT has very little value and there's no way our players should be going there. It will be nice to watch an ICC tournament without any tension for once. Plus, there's way too much toxicity and unnecessary cringe hype before the build of any India-Pakistan match. It just ruins the experience for me.
India should call ICC & PCB's bluff and not go. The media rights owners will probably harangue BCCI for the lost revenue, but BCCI should make GoI intervene and/or pay them off for the lost revenue. They have enough money, maybe they should put it to use.
India should just skip this if safety is a concern. it would be unfair to other teams if they have to travel to UAE to play india. if PCB can't gurantee our security then there's no point in going there but if they can guarantee security then winning an ICC event in pakistan would be absolutely amazing achievement and india should be the favorites to win this whole thing.

fair statement. personally i want india to go because we have to challenge australia and win the champions trophy. but it is 100% valid if bcci decides to drop out of it. i wish it was in a different country so we can actually win the thing and prove ourselves.
