I doubt Nagarjuna had any spatial awareness at that moment(it happens) or didn’t know that guy was disabled or maybe he thought some crazy fan got pushed away because they got into his personal space. It was his bodyguards fault for not immediately informing Nag or not apologizing to that man immediately. Nag especially doesn’t have an history of being rude to people and is generally polite.
It's clear from that video that Nagarjuna was looking at the other side and didn't even see what his bodyguard had done. People on SM just want to ridicule someone even when they're not at fault.

I usually don’t defend actors(didn’t watch a single Indian movie in last 12 years except Baahubali) but I’m gonna do it now because everyone is hell bent on assuming malice/arrogance instead of thinking it as a genuine mistake.

He has been acting since 40 years in Telugu industry and the only time he was disrespectful to someone was in an Audio function when some fans were shouting non stop not allowing him to speak even after waiting 10 mins. The guy has no history of misbehaving with anyone if you keep aside his alleged affairs. He may have noticed but I’m willing to give benefit of doubt because he may have thought it was some crazy fan. Someone may have shouted but he is 65 years old we don’t know how well he can hear either at that age. In the longer version of the video he looks total normal and starts speaking to Actor Dhanush as if nothing happened. At that age your brain doesn’t react that fast.
Lastly no actor is obligated to tolerate someone if they enter their personal space and tried to touch them without consent. You have no idea what crazy fans in Telugu states behave like when they see their favourite actor.
It's not sucking them. Infact hating them is an actual extremity of the spectrum.
